Terms & Conditions

Adams Travel Coach & Minibus Hire – Wednesbury, West Midlands

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with Adams Travel. By making a booking, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be confirmed at the time of reservation.

Full payment is required on day on the journey date agreed said otherwise

Payments can be made by cash on the day

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or message).

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior may result in a loss of deposit or full fare, depending on circumstances.

In the unlikely event Adams Travel must cancel a booking, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Amendments

Changes to bookings (e.g., time, date, destination) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply for route changes, waiting time, or extended hire periods.

 

4. Passenger Conduct and Responsibilities

Passengers must behave in a respectful and orderly manner at all times.

Adams Travel reserves the right to refuse travel to any individual acting in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be chargeable to the person who made the booking.

 

5. Luggage and Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Adams Travel accepts no liability for lost or damaged items.

Please notify us in advance of any oversized or additional luggage requirements.

 

6. Vehicle Allocation

While we aim to provide the vehicle requested, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar or upgraded vehicle if necessary.

We cannot guarantee specific makes, models, or colour of the vehicle.

 

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we do everything possible to maintain punctuality, Adams Travel cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or events beyond our control.

We advise allowing extra time for travel, especially for airport transfers or time-sensitive events.

 

8. Special Requirements

Please inform us at the time of booking if you require special arrangements (e.g., wheelchair access, decorations, music, or celebration extras).

We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, subject to availability and feasibility.

 

9. Safety and Legal Compliance

All our drivers are DBS-checked and fully licensed.

Seat belts must be worn at all times where fitted.

Alcohol consumption is not permitted on board unless prior agreement has been made for special occasions.

 

10. Data Protection

Any personal data collected during booking will be stored securely and only used for the purposes of your journey and communication.

We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.

 

11. Complaints

We take customer feedback seriously. If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in writing within 7 days of your journey, and we will investigate and respond promptly.
