Refund Policy
Cancellations and Refunds – Adams Travel Coach & Minibus Hire
At Adams Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while helping us manage our scheduling and availability.
Cancellations by the Customer:
All cancellations must be made in writing via email, WhatsApp, or text message to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled travel date may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the nature of the booking and any costs already incurred.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled travel date may result in the loss of deposit or up to 100% of the booking cost, depending on the circumstances and notice period.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations on the day of travel are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Adams Travel:
In the unlikely event that Adams Travel must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
We will also do our best to provide alternative transport options where possible.
Processing Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
